Because Rolfing® sessions are completed on top of the table, I ask clients to wear the following:

  • Women--regular bra and underwear/boy shorts (loose-fitting sports bras with minimal straps are ok!)
  • Men--underwear (please no traditional boxers)/athletic shorts
